Nest in a beech in edge of woods, placed upon several twigs and sprouts against the thick trunk, 10 feet from the ground. Compactly made of grass stems & tips plastered with mud, & lined thickly with dry grasses, with a pointed bottom. In same situ as there was a nest of this species in May, 1901, which I then removed.
