Nest built on 6" flange of a big steel girder of bridge spanning Conrail Ave, 20 feet from ground and within about 18" of a track. Railroad seldom used. Directly over tier rods. Compactly made of weed and grass stems, grass blades and mud, lined thickly with dry soft grasses.
