Nest deserted - two eggs contained tiny punctures. Situated 7 feet up in a twelve foot fruit pine tree on edge of thicket by field along railroad, 2 feet out on a horizontal branch 2 inches thick and 5 feet long. Compactly made of fine weed stems, grasses, and mud, with many ribbons of paper and several pieces of rag on exterior, lined thickly with fine dry grasses 2 inches of average size.
