Nest held 2 eggs on the 26th ult; placed 6 feet up in a thick clump of blackberry bushes overhanging a creek bank above a beech in edge of wood, completely hidden. Loosely made of weed stalks, grass stems, weed fibers and strips and dead leaves, lined thickly with brown rootlets, well cupped and of average size.
