No birds about - 7:20 P.M. Nest placed 30 inches up in clump of blackberry bushes five feet high in bushy meadow, and well hidden. Large, well cupped, loosely made of weed and grass stems, several small pieces of newspaper (on exterior), twigs, weak strips of fibers, dead leaves, thin layer of bark strips lined thickly with brown rootlets.
