Nest, 4 feet up in a small clump of thick bushes in a coppice. Bulky and loosely made of twigs, grass and weed stems, and layers of bark strips and dry leaves, lined thickly with rootlets. Width outside 4 3/4 inches, inside 3 inches; depth outside 3 3/4 inches, inside 1 1/2 inches.
