Nest Situation: Two and a half feet up in a young pine tree, in the middle of a clump of young pine sprouts. Composition: Of plant stalks, some bits of corn husk & a few twigs outside. Lined with reddish colored plant stems. Dimensions: Diameter: Outside-5 inches, Inside-3 inches. Depth-Outside-3 1/2 inches; Inside-2 inches. The nest held two eggs when it was discovered on the twelfth inst. so that the set must be complete.
