Nest about 5 feet up in a stunted, branchy, black mulberry tree 20 feet high on bank of old, waterless millrace, close to foot path along Church road, in plain view to all passersby; placed in well-formed crotch. Well made of a long narrow piece of dirty white rag, weed stems, grasses and mud, lined thickly with soft, dry grasses. Robbed at 10:40 P.M.; bird flew silently off in the moonlight.
