Nest: in large clump of Lilac bushes beside a spring on farm, near the house, about 7 feet from the ground in bushes 10-12 feet high, placed in a many forked crotch. Composed of two pieces of white string, weed strips and stems, grasses and mud lined thickly with fine soft, dry grasses; large, deeply cupped and well built. Eggs slightly undersized.
