Nest 6 1/2 feet up in a three crotch on a wild cherry tree 20 ft from house in a low, rich railroad cut partly hidden. Had eggs on the 9th instant. Composed outside of grass stems and blades, fine weed stalks, weed fibers and mud, and lined thickly with dry soft grasses; a piece of paper in the bottom large and deeply cupped.
